Remarriage with the same person asking for divorce again what to do

We married in 2012 in arrange marriage and seperated over various personal n family issues. Got mutual divorced in 2014 .. we remarried in arya samaj in 2016 .. i was hesitant to stay with family due to their bad behaviour last time but agreed as he promised for full support .. within few months again issues his sister in law n mother strated beahving very rudely n harrasssing when they saw my own husband blames me n fights with me related to household work n about them .. now we are seperated since dec 2016 and he is not ready for any support n commitment n live with me without any harrassment caused by his family .. he is not talking to me .. ignoring me .. saying really bad stuff and asking for divorce again.. i m not ready this time for any mutual divorce .. pls help me as he is walking away from his commitment of marriage n misusing law by talking divorce multiple times .. i m really in a very bad state of mind .. pls help n suggest how law can support me n make things better

You can file a FIR for domestic violence against your in-laws and your husband as well under section 498A of IPC. Also, if you do not want to divorce him again then you can file an application before the Family court for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act.

You should first apply for maintenance from him so that you can get financial support. Later on when your mind becomes calmer and situation improve then you can file for divorce in court, and not mutual divorce.
