Registered married done now parents doing second marriage what to do

Hello I and my wife did hindu marrige and got it registered on the same day in ghaziabad against our parents Two years back in 2014 but now my father in law have done brainwash of wife and he did ring ceremony of my wife with another guy as for last 2 months she is staying with her parents .I tried so much so that she can come back I have the marriage certificate .kindly suggest what can be done so that I can get my wife back.
If you want your wife back , you have to file a case for restitution of conjugal right before the family court. If your marriage is legally register, your wife is bound by this and second marriage is void . Her father cannot do anything but to protect your right you have to approach the court as soon as possible. If the second marriage is solemnized, it might be difficult to bring her back . Revert me. well as per Hindu law 1955 act marriage solomnised between Hindu can not cancelled with out due process of law only divorce is solution other eisr criminal case will be registerd against wife and against family members

You an file a petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for getting your wife back. Secondly you can file a police complaint against your father -in-law and also make the other boy party into it so that police officer who will investigate the matter, will call all the parties and in this way the matter will be more clear to the other boy, who is getting married to your wife.
