Regarding family issues of a girl .

A girl residing in hamirpur named priya ... Her father forcing her to marry . They beat her . and there is also demand of dowry from that guy . the problem is girl has no medium to go to police station or any other medium of communication . and girl doest want any kind of drama . how can i help her legally ???
Dear Querist, the communication is must with the girl as its necessary to know the opinion of the girl regarding marriage. no one can force her to marry but if there is such issue she can file police complaint . and if you have confirmed information regarding it you can lodge complaint in police and can state facts there and take police to her home . Dowry is strongly prohibited and its an offence for which on found guilty there is provision of regorious imprisonment.
