Recourse to claim no obligation towards my parents as their heir

looking fo leagal advice for undermentioned issues: 1. How canI claim no obligation to be legal heir of my parents as regards inheleriiting ttheir property, their liabilities as also disengaging my self from any such ovligation as may arise from being their successor. 2. How can I restrain them and such people who claim to be aquainted to me through them - to come in contact with me my children and my wife; either through a physical meeting or through any other means of communication. 3. How can I be free from the obligations imposed by he 'Maintainance of parents Act' as also let them know about the same. Thaking you , Ragards
You can declare that you are severing your relationship with your father and if there's a ancestral property you can sign a release deed to move out of the same. You can also remove your last name wherever it remains so as to show that you are not connected to him anymore. Also you could write a will declaring that your parents won't have any claim on your property in your absence and you could also get yourself adopted by someone. Feel free to talk further on this. You are natural legal heir to them
However to restrain anybody else you can make them execute a WILL n your favour
However if you claim rights over property you are under legal obligation to maintain them

You have to maintain your parents when your parents have no source of income. It is not clear from the facts you have given that your parents are working or not. As a legal heir you can inherit their property.
