Property on mother's name but uncle is trying to claim his share

Hi. I have a property in delhi. Its on my mother's name. But my uncle( mama) is claiming that the property is purchased by him from my father. And he has some fake papers with him like GPA DEED OF WILL etc. But freehold is done on my mom name by the DDA at the month of April and all original papers are with me. And he has file a case on my mom that we have illegally taken the possession of the property and doing an illegal things in property. I know that he has fake papers with him. Please advice me what should I do
