Dear Client,
Why did the 2nd son not get it registered in his name. With agreement of sale he will not get absolute rights of ownership. Now the 2nd son can have pattadar pass books, which shows his possession. He can project his case by placing agreement of sale and pattadar pass book and assert his possession title. Engage an expert advocate if the 1st son or his son files any civil suit.
