Hllo Sir meri marriage 2007 main hui thi , aur 1 saal baad hamare ik beti hui aur husband nd in laws ne mere sath mar peet krni shuru kr di aur ghar se bahar nikal diya aur hamara panchayti divorce ho gya aur meri beti mere in laws ne le li , BT main apni beti k begair reh na saki aur 2 month baad hum log fir sath rehne lge , esa 3 bar hua panchayti divorce hua fir set ho jata , fir mere beta hua aur 3 saal muje fir bahar nikal diya aur dono bache mere husband ne apne pass rakh liye aur last September main mere husband ne section 9 ka case lga diya aur 4 month baad case dismiss krwa diya abi 1 saal se main apne Bacho se dur hoo , muje mere bache chahiye , court case k liye mere pass money nii hai plzz muje advice doo k next main kya karoo , muje mere bache chahiye , plzzz help me

you have to file case in court for custody of your children.second panchyati divorce has no value in eyes of law.so you file court case to get back your children.even court allow you for meeting rights for your children.

Aap child custody ka case file krdo . Tuc apne bacho ki Milne ki permission le sakte ho aap court se . Aap apne husband ke against. Case file krde maintenance ka and u can also file a case against dv act

File a petition for the custody of your child and also a cruelty, domestic violence case against your inlaws...dekhiye court case to karna padega less fees mei kardega koi advovate it wpuld be better otherwise koi nahi sunega.
