Procedure for final closure of HUF after divorce

I am the Karta of an HUF.I have recently divorced from my wife through mutual separation. There is however no mention of the HUF in the Divorce proceedings. I have one unmarried daughter and one married daughter. What is the procedure to be followed for closure of the HUF ,distribution of assets (only cash in a savings account) and cancellation of PAN card?
