Procedure for divorce if married secretly

I am hindu and I married a guy at arya samaj mandir without telling my parents.Now this marriage has become nightmare for me as my husband and his mother used to physically and mentaly abuse me everyday.I just want divorce from him as soon as possible without much trouble please tell me what is the best way to do so?
If both the parties are ready then file mutual consent divorce petition else you should file a declaration suit to dissolve this marriage. or you also could file a complaint against them in women cell for harassment domestically

You can file a suit for divorce u/s 13 Hindu marrige act but you have a option to either lodge a FIR u/s498A IPC And DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT OR complaint to magistrate and file a suit for maintenance against them
