Problem in love relationship GF blackmailing to commit suicide

Hi Sir/Madam, Myself , working in a IT firm. I am in a love relationship for the past 6 years. Both are from the same religion(Hindu). I decided to get married to her. So, I spoke to my parents(June month) but they are not interested. Even girl's family is against this at first but now they agreed since the girl attempted suicide once. The problem here is, the girl is very stubborn and she is threatening me as either she will get married to me or commits suicide. Her Aunt is always threatening me as if I dont convince my family she will not spare me and my family. Also, the girl is calling my family members and threatening them. This created a very bad impression about her and her family among my family members. So, my family members are not at all interested in this. Now I am also not interested to get married to her after all these problems. Also, I dont want her to take any wrong decision. Could you please suggest me whether this can be handled legally.
