Pregnant and inlaws refusing to keep what to do

I get married on 25 nov 2016 ,now i am pregnant and at my parents home as my in laws and husband are not contacting me from three months and even not replying to our call. They are spreading false rumors on my character in their neighbourhood. What are the legal laws which i can use against them?
Madam, file a section 9 application (restitution of conjugal rights) in family court immediately and inform the police parallely about the same. This will clear your conduct and will force your husband to give a reply in court
