Please legally advise me about my marriage prospects

I m 30 year old and want to marriage with my partner, she will be 18 year old coming October. Her family is not ready for our marriage.. They scheduled her marriage with other guy. Please suggest any legal law and how to protect my family for any fault case. Religion is Hindu.
You can legally wed your partner, once she attains majority, i. e. Once she attains the age of 18 years in October as you have mentioned. You can get your marriage registered and thereafter live together as husband and wife.

If both of you are ready to marry each other, I see no impediment that can stop you. You've two options. Firstly, you can do a court marriage in presence of 2 withnesses or secondly, you can marry each other in the Arya Samaj Mandir and immediately thereupon obtain a certificate of marriage.

As far as marrying her is concerned it is not legal before she attains the age of eighteen years. So please wait till then after that you can marry with her if She also consent. This period both have to manage
