Physical and mental torture by husband forcing to sign MOE

Respected Sir/ma'am Hi, i am deep.k from new delhi. belong to hindu community.On a month of dec last year, i had been badly physical assualted by my husband. Keeping prime concern future of my family n kids, i didnot lodge any police complaint either i filed a complaint on public grevience portal. later when my husband got to know, he sent me memorandum via his lawyer n said u wll nt enter my house untill u sign d MOE. rght now i am staying in my parents house. According to MOE i couldnot file any complaint of my husband in future also i could not ask for maintainence, alimony and share in their property also i have to withdraw the complaint. he is making pressure on me to sign d MOE. what further action or step should i take? please help.

In that before signing moe not withdrawal anything from Court. Otherwise it will not help u in future for your self and your children as well m request to you please contested the case. This is the only

Do not sign Mou ..tell him if he wants divorce and if he wants that you should take away all the complaints against him, then pay you a settlement amount and further we can file a divorce.

This is totally Unfair on part of the husband and is illegal can invite criminal action against your husband.Y ou should consult lawyer and file necessary legal action under Domestic Violence act and Hindu marriage act and appropriate provisions of law of crimes.Need detail discussion.
