Payment according to divorce agreement not done by wife, what to do

In the divorce agreement, certain amount was promised to pay in 2 years in EMI. But I have not received one third after one & half years of Divorce. She is not picking the call or not updating if plans to pay or not. What action I can take to recover the due amount as per divorce agreement.
You can file a contempt petition against the same and court may call the relevant party and order them to follow the needful. If the court feels fit then you might also get additional amount for mental stress caused to you by the opposite party.
