Partnership among family members now dispute arises, what to do

27-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
I(X) have a partnership with my two uncle( Y & Z) , partnership ratio as 15:15:70 respectively since 2004 . As per partnership deed , Remuneration will be paid of Rs. 500 to me & to uncle y and Rs.2000 to my uncle Z, 12 % interest on capital. Since inception, me & uncle Y haven’t ask for any amount including profit because of family love relationship , now dispute arises between us & my uncle Z, and in 2010 my uncle Z start the similar business in his wife name as proprietorship though he does all the work now we want to dissolve the partnership, so how should we proceed , so that we can claim our remuneration, profit sharing , interest on capital & capital contribution with interest . there is one clause in deed as per that any partner cannot start same business without permission of other partners, can we claim any share of profit in that proprietorship. Partnership is not registered. How should I proceed. I want his business stopped & bank account freeze is that possible..

Yes , you can initiate proceedings to stop business started by your uncle and you can get his bank accounts frozen. Please share terms and conditions of your partnership with your uncles for elaborate consultation in this regard.
