my partner cheat me. i bought road roller and give us the partner and he sold out .this case done before 5 to 6 years what to do now
You are very late. There is a huge delay in your case. So it is almost difficult to condolation of delay. Still you can try if you have sufficient proof in the concern court. Criminal case as well as civil.

According to you, you brought the road roller and that is to be given to your partner. Here the road roller was brought on the partnership deed?
Second the road roller was sold by your partner before 5 to 6 years even though you are unknown till today ?
you file FIR ? If not then file it with late intimation.
