Partition of grandfather's property among legal heirs

This is my grand fathers house, 3 male+ 3 female brothers told they are not giving share in the house ok we agreed to get the little amount but still now more than 4 year they are not giving the compensation amount for the first 2 brothers now the 3rd brother going to register his partition at the time we (2 sisters) only against the brother to give the amount or some portion in the house but their lawyer told not to necessary to get the sign from the female members if it is true and my father is no more but my mother is alive and she is already agreed the same deed. my father is hindu my mother is christian then what we do already in my father having 1.8 acre land and in my grand fathers name also 50 cents in that manner also they are refusing in same manner please give a guidance

Please let me know whether your grand father's children from his second wife are alive. Whether your grand father had left any will or did he die intestate(without leaving a will. Also children of second wife of your grand father have any child/children. If you can furnish answers to these questions, then it would be possible to give correct advice.
