Parents not allowing to return to husband

I'm a Hindu .I had intercaste love marriage and got registered.after one year I visited my parents as I wanted to see them .after coming here they are not allowing me to go back to my husband.not allowing to meet him.so is there any legal advice I can give me so that I go back to my husband.pls help me
As it is intercaste love marriage and got registered.after one year u visited your parents to see them .after going there are not allowing me to go back to husband.
Now as u need to go to your husband u can either contact your husband and ask him to contact lawyer or u can directly contact a lawyer and discuss .
There are lot of options available with u and him.

Your husband or yourself can file a complaint in the nearest police station / Women police station about your illegal Confinement under section 340 of Indian Penal code.
If police is not taking action you can write to the Superintendent of Police of file a private complaint in the court in the jurisdiction of the court where the woman is confined.

Nobody can stop you from going back to your husband. If your parents are stopping you from going back to your husband, file a complant againt them at your jurisdictional police station. The police will help you. If the police fails to help you, you can file a private complaint againt your parents in court for the offences of criminal intimidation and wrongful confinement.
