Parents mistreated by the hands of 17 year old son

My parents live with their 17 year old son who is misbehaving with them for trivial reasons. He raises hands at them and abuses them. They are living under the danger of being injured any moment. My father is a heart patient and mother does not keep good health as well. I want to take legal action against my brother who will be an adult this year. Please help me.
The parents are at will to throw out their son who is not competent enough to take care off them emotionally or monetarily. A higher court has recently stated the same. You can easily ask your parents to do the same over submitting a general diary before the local police station.

Abusing aged parents are one of the most heinous crimes in today's society.Please make sure that you take steps against him once he is adult so that he cant escape from punishment.However you may for the time being at first file a complaint to the police that your brother has been consistently doing this and make sure your parents get their medicals done from government hospital anytime and everytime they get hit.

Counseling is highly required in this situation. Your duty is to identify the exact cause why your brother became such type of arrogant attitude against your parents. Either there is Love Affairs or Drug Problem or he feel lower when he met with his friend because of his low capacity for expenditure with his friends etc. etc.
It is not good to throw him in Jail at this small age due to only of his such type of attitude. Therefore, before taking legal actions against him, please identify the proper cause of his such acts and Counselling it.
