HI,
sir if your parents property is self acquired property you can not ask any share in the property when they are alive. it is their wish and will either to give or not to give the property to you. they can do anything with the property which was self acquired.
partition of the property depends on the nature of the property ( self acquired or ancestral).

Hi
you can file a suit of partition against your father and mother and claim your share of property assuming the property is ancestral.
if the property is the self acquired property of your father and mother, then you can have no claims on the property and your parents can deal with the property in any which manner they want.
