U first check whether notice is served or not. If it is served but they r not appearing before court then court can either proceed further without their reply , court can even issue warrent against them if needed, u have to make application accordingly. If notice is not served yet for whatever reason then find out correct address and try to serve it. Service is essential. There can be other options too.

Change your advocate if you have doubt about his behaviour. After DV case order it must be executed from the date of order within 60 days. U can make final settlement and get one time settlement amount.

on your next working date go to the court,
1) check the status of the case by asking the court clerk.
2) if your case is still on ORDER READY Status file an application on your own to change your LAWYER (if your lawyer is compromised, as you think) AND THEN FILE AN APPLICATION for issuance of order YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER

3) If opposite party has already applied for setting aside of ex-parte your application for order either rejected or will not be accepted.

4) Change the Lawyer or You may stand on your OWN (By The way Doubting a Lawyer is Not Good Thing).
