"my baabai has no children's he write his property to me.after that he also write that same property to some temple , he is expired then this property comes whom?

Need to know how your babai had written his property to you / and some temple.
Was it by way of Will or Registered Gift deed.
if it was by way of Registered Gift, then the first Gift Deed will be the basis on which the ownership will be decided
if it was by way of WILL, then the last WILL shall decide the owner.
