Not seen child in 3 years wife said there is child during divorce

I had file for a divorce in faridabad which my wife challenged in supreme court to transfer it to her native place which is Latur. In her petition she mentioned that she has a kid so she cannot travel to faridabad and the case got transferred. She sent me photo of our child and now she says there is no kid. I have completely no idea if that kid is mine if there is one. But in the True copy of petition filed in supreme court she clearly says we have a kid. Is there any law where I can file a case in court for her to present the child?

Yes, she will have to present the child when the court will order . You can ask for the visitation rights from the court and its on the court's discretion that how often the court permits visitation. Thank you

yes you can contest the case in supreme court and mention all the facts before the court , you can file an application for DNA yest of he child in the district court Faridabad, The case ill not be transferred as per the latest Judgement and the divorce case can be contested from Latur itself through video conferencing
