Need suggestion regarding which case can be filed

Hi I have a problem in my married life my mother in law forces me to get excess dowry and provokes my husband against my husband so my suspects my character and started illtreating me and started saying he need divorce and I was pregnant by that time so he says he need baby and want divorce from me. Once I gave birth to baby they never turned out and after 6 months my family spoke to them and convinced them . From the time I went their my husband started beating me for everything like if baby cries and if he fight with his mom .recently he bet me badly while I was feeding baby and even baby got hurt and now he says he is not interested to stay with me . Please suggest me what steps need to be taken and which case I can file against him.
