My wife filed 498a after I sent her a legal notice to come and stay with me as she wasn't staying with me because of her job. Now I am running to court. Can u help
What is the current status your case, whether u have granted bail or not, what do you want right know, if cognizance has been taken then you can file quashing before the Hon'ble High Court for quashing of your criminal case, for better advice kindly give details your case.
