My son & daughter in law harassing me for property what can i do

Hindu relegion..age 70 years...my son and his wife staying in my same home but seprately on next floor...harrasing for the property....even filled case of dowery and gharelu hinsa.my son is working and have near about 35000 salary
Your question is not clear but you can file a civil suit for ejectment in civil court if you have separate property and also registered FIR in local police station for harassment against your son and his wife.

It is noteworthy that no order or direction qould be passed in case of Domestic Violence gharelu himsa if there is collusion of the parties means husband and wife. It so appears that they have filed this case in order to harass you. But the primary liability is of your son and he will be liable for paying maintainance or otherwise and you shall have a potent defence in your favour that you are living separately.

You should give application to police station and ssp that you daughter in law misuse the law of dowrey prohabitation and domestic violence and she filed false case with malfied intation so pls help me as iam living separately and they threatened me for my life and false litigation .
