You have to be strong for your decision. Join government job. If any objections file complaint under domestic violence act against your husband and other family members who are responsible and harassing you. You have enough protection under law for any kind of harassment. Consult a good family law lawyer.

Firstly you must join there because after your joining things might be go well and I don't thing so your husband have any problem from your job and just give some time to your relation otherwise you can take legal action against your in law

You cannot be harassed or I'll treated by your in-laws, including your husband. In such a scenario you have a right to seek protection both residential and monetary in your Domestic Household under the Domestic Violence Act. I'll suggest you to move a complaint against the protection Officer under the Domestic Violence Act.
