My husband not able to work and my husband father not pay any expenses

What can I do for my husband father told leave this house ND my husband not able to work in Life but my husband father family only single is my husband and 2 sister in their family ND my husband Father do not pay any expenses or in property they not move any property to my four child baby or my husband.so what can I do
This is your matrimonial home and nobody has right to vacate the said premises. You can file a complaint under domestic violence act. Also you can claim maintainance from your husband or father in law by filing an application for the same.

To claim money from your husband you can file a case in court on your husband for maintainance 125 crpc. Your husband has to pay you and your 4 babies money for day to day expenses.
