My husband is harassing me

14-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
Prior to my marriage with my husband I had one broken engagement. Before marriage my husband's family said they don't want anything. But on the second day of marriage my husband started taunting me for dowry of Rs.30 lacs. Then he started digging up my past and disclosed about his past broken engagement. I also shared about my past broken engagement. They he became violent and started calling me jinx. Then he left to USA. Then his parents also tortured me and sent to my house treacherously. Then his father sent a letter where he alleged me and my father of burglary. So I filed FIR against them and after one year they also filed 2 false cases and one divorce case. Now after 6 years of separation my husband called me for reunion. But now again he is harassing me for my broken engagement. till marriage with my husband I was a virgin. So I want to know, is harassing wife for her past is legal?
