My husband and mother in law left my matrimonial house to file divorce

As im staying with my father in law in my matrimonial house in the absence of my husband, can my sister in laws file a case against me to send me out of my matrimonial house legally? As per hindu marriage

Let them go you can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights and if they file a case for divorce you have right to object and defend further they cannot throw you out of house further you can also get orders not to evict or remove you from matrimonial home.

No. even if they file a case against you to vacate the case, they will not be succeeded. Till your husband get divorce, you have got all the rights as his wife. If you agree to give the divorce to your husband, you can claim alimony

Dear Madam,

Your sister in law cannot do so. You can seek the court help to stay in the matrimonial home and such other reliefs. You can seek the appropriate remedy under the domestic violence act.

No they cannot lodge any police complaint against you only for you not leaving your matrimonial home. In fact if the harassment continues, you can file a police complaint against them. But please consult a family lawyer before that.
