Dear client,
you have an option to file a complaint against your sister in law under the provisions of Domestic.Violence Act.
and you may also file a complaint to the women cell regarding the torture and cruelty you are going through, as far as your husband is concerned, he has a legal obligation to live with you in matrimonial home and if he does not do so, legal action may be initiated against him even in mauritius.
but first i would suggest you to manage the things yourself and take the legal action as a last resort

Hello.
Sorry to hear that you are not being treated well in your matrimonial home. See any type of harassment by the husband or any of his family members is punishable in India. It depends upon how stern action you want to take against them.
As regards your situation is concerned, if you want to go against your sister-in-law, you can file complaint under DV Act etc.
And if you want to take a legal action so as to be with your husband, an application for Restitution of Conjugal Rights may filed under Hindu Marriage Act.
But on a serious note, i would not recommend you to resort to any sort of legal channel. Matrimonial ties are very delicate, a decision in haste might be regretful.
