My husband abandoned me after Arya Samaj Wedding. What can I do ?

What should a girl do.. If her husband deny to aceept her as a family member after marrying her(arya samaj marriage) Religion:hindu
Incase husband is denying to accept her she can file a case in court under hindu marriage act. The court will call the other party to court and ask the reason and ask husband to take her home with him
