My gf not ready to marry me how to proceed legally

from last 3 years we are loving e ach other and we are in relationship also those days but from last 4 months she is not ready marry me due to family problem. can i file a Case ? how ?please suggest me.
You can file case against her for cheating Stating that she has cheated you by not marrying you but the relationship would get strained so take decision that if she agrees for marriage get married or else your relationship was there be happy and she may change her attitude and marry u wait for some time and see.

First of all you can't file a case because the relation doesn't got any legal sanctity means you have not married to her to claim your relationship before court of law. Well, you had a good time for 4 long years if she would have really loved you means she would have never cared any family sentiments or restrictions and would have married you. Some relation got expiry date just forget and concentrate towards career and you will get better girl.
