My Father is threatening and domestic violence. What to do

My father put a false case of absconding 35 lac.on my mother...He also used to do physical abuse since her marriage. Its been 28 yrs of marriage now... So my mother is currently living with me since 2 months.......now my father has filed a false case ....and we are not able to move because of my study......CAN WE TRANSFER CASE FROM MOTIHARI (BIHAR) TO DELHI...........? I WANT TO KNOW THE PROCESS Religion - Hindu
In view of the statement as mentioned hereinabove, Yes you can transfer a case from Bihar to Delhi by filling SLP before the Hon,ble Supreme Court but in this regard you have to show document regarding residence of delhi

You have to file a transfer petition before supreme court as this is intra state transfer and i sure that the court transfer the case from motihari to delhi syating therin about the present situation certified copies of the case os required for the same and current statis of the case
