My father has business and house. Equal division of property.

My father is 79 year old and would like to divide the property into two parts after he passes away. He wants to have it done asap. Kindly advice.
Their are different laws of succession for governing the distribution of the property belonging to a person depending upon his/her religion. Kindly let me know the religion you follow. Your father can make a Will, mentioning the division of property as per his wish. The said Will shall be executed after he passes away.
