My family is not providing for my financial needs, what to do?

I am a mentally disabled woman of 36 with no personal income.I have been dealing with issues of maintenance by my family.They have abandoned me in a city like Mumbai and I have nowhere to go.Kindly guide and help me
You will get maintenance from your family member only when you were unable to maintain yourself. Once you get major sound mind then you are not eligible to get any kind of maintenance. Thanks and best luck

Hi you can file maintenance from your family and if you are married than from your husband. Oh file case against you father, brothers or husband. If you are not married and you have any ancestral property than you can file for partition case.
