Your mother and you together can prevent your 70 year old father from entering your house by filing a suitable case in court. It will involve some court expenses but once you obtain an order from cort - even for status uo you can physically prevent entry by your father.

In this case, your father has a share in this house since he has invested for constructing this house, then you need to provide a portion of the house to stay, you cannot throw him out in his old age.

Whether the house is self acquired property of your sister?
It is important to know how your sister get the house.
If it is self acquired property of your sister then your father cannot stay in that house forcefully.
If he tried to stay forcefully then your sister will have to file a suit for permanent injunction against the father.
