Mother's sisters harassing her what legal can we take

My mothers sisters thretens my mother via messages and phone calls and uses abusive words. They also threatens of making up of stories about my mom. Me and my father are abroad and my brother died recently and mom is alone,they Harras my mom saying my mom is responsible for my mothers death. My mother needs protection from them and they also comes home to quarrel and call abusive words.
