Mother given all money to sister and her husband what to do

Family has four daughters and only son along with mother and father. mother and son jointly own a house from father's income. after 5 years son transfer his 50% share in favour of mother. same year mother sold that property and gift the entire money to the spouse of her youngest daughter, who bought a new house of that receipts in his own name. can other daughters claim for their share ? is gift from mother in law to son in law exempted from gift.

Since son transferred his 50% share in favour of mother therefore mother have become owner of entire property.in the given facts mother has right to execute gift deed in favour of spouse of her younger daughter and so as the money.no exemption in law.

my dear friend, As you stated that you have already given your 50% share of the house to your mother, so she has right to sale or gift to others. but if you have not given your share by way of registered documents then you can challenged that. and also gift can be challenged if the gift was obtained by fraud and misrepresentation. All depends on facts and circumstances.

Yes u can claim your share... But there is no law which can exempted mother law to exempt son in law.....according to law all the children have rt to get equal share... So u can file a suit in Hindu succession act for your share
