Mental torture and abuse by parents, what action can be taken?

I am married and staying with my parents. My parents will do mental torture by using abuse words to me and also my wife. Lots of misunderstanding. I am dependent because of low qualification and couldn't survive outside separately. This is even disturbing and breaking up our personal life. I need legal advice in this issue..
Sir, has stated by you that u are dependent on parents and the abuse and mental torture can't be solved legally, if you or your wife will file a complaint against your parents might tell u and your wife to go out of the house, and it will make your life difficult, if your parents have inherited any ancestors property then you can file a suit for partition , if it is self acquired then no right you can have against that property. Have patience and try to speak with your parents and adjust.
