My name is Shikha Sharma. I have 11mnth twins children. I want to stay with my childrens when my case registered in women's cell or district Court. My husband wants to get a neuclear family now I also agree but the problem is my case is running then how is it possible m go with my husband as suggested for nueclear family as soon
You should inform to court/ women cell. Or should file the compromise on the basis of your settlement conditions. There your in laws will give you written assurance and protection. And also court will give proper guidelines.
