Mental Harassment, Creating unsafe environment in a family, psychotic

Dear Sir, One of our family member, uncle and his wife and daughter is creating unsafe environment in our family, mentally harassing each and every family member, psychotic behavior. Using extensive profanity, Physically trying to challenge family member to hurt them so that they can lodge police complaint, seducing the family member to do a mistake. Very much pathetic situation. Recently they has filed police complaint after that other family member also filed police complaint against them. So please confirm how to evict them from our area to keep sanctity of the place where my family stay.
