Mental harassment by husband and in-laws, affecting health, what to do

I am mentally harrased by my husband and parent in law. Directly they are not asking for money but they want I fulfill all my expenses and my 15 month old daughter expenses by my family. They abuse me and my daughter . I am suffer to much with my health because of all these problems. Plz guide me how I come out from all this
Are you serving somewhere if so also your husband is supposed to maintain his family but if right are not given them those are to be demanded and taken. If you are ready to go for it then only remedy lies for you other wise it is upto you

U will file immediately an FIR against all the in laws residing with u, under section 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and under section 3/4 Dowry prohibition act. If u are unable to go outside and filling of FIR then u will call the police on 1090 and the police official come to meet u tell him all your sufferings.
