it is really very bad to hear.....u can seek help from authority and file an FIR against the that person...inasmuch as u could try to coax him in order to avoid legal chores....moreover u r always open to seek legal advice.....

You can lodge a complaint with the Police stating all the facts to bring an end to the episode. It is required to bring the matter to the knowledge of Police to stop such activities. There's no other way except to go to the Police.

To give the exact advice I need to know the exact nature of the threat that you have been recieving and also the nature of threat your husband is receiving . It is also unclear as to what is the stand of your husband . Nonetheless you can lodge an FIR in your local police station

Any harassment should be brought to the notice of the police immediately. All the records must be provided. If he is threatening for money putting you in the fear of death then a case of extortion can be initiated which is non bailable. Record all calls n kip a track of where he is....
