Mental and physical torture by mother in law and husband what can I do

My sister has been married for 13 years + with kids(12 &11 yrs) Her mother in law ,sister in law &husband torture to my sister from last few years. Her husband drinks alcohol daily & beat her . Her mother in law support with him. Now she wants to live alone with kids from this family and want to claim for this .she has registered this case on Mahila thana. Mahila thana gives a date on 6June' can I also file a case against them . Whats the section will be occupied I am also in big trouble for my sister's kids .

File a case for domestic violence against the husband, mother in law and the sister in law. This can be done by moving an application before the district protection officer. Additionally, file a separate case in the family court seeking monthly maintenance from the husband. An fir can also bw lodged in the matter with the police.
