Sir, meri saadi 2011 me hui h maine court marriage kiya h hum dono ka 8saal se affair tha fir humne parents ko bina batay marriage registrars k paas ha k saadi kar liya tab wo study kr rahi aur ghar bahar hostel me rahti thi jab uska course khatam hua maine ladki parent ko sab bata diya uske baad se uske ghar le gaye...fir uske family wale mujhe phone pe case karne dhamki dene lage ....fir darane lage kyunki meri wife family wale meri haisiyat se jyada paise waale wo mujhe baar-baar jail bhej dene ki dhamki dete jisase dar kr maine district court me bidai ka case file kiya issmein main kya kar sakta hun?

See you have concern for your wife then talk to her if she wants to come and stay with you then there is absolutely no issue but if she resists then you will have to move before the competent court for restitution of your conjugal right

You can also file a Writ of Habeaus Corpus in the High Court... for producing your wife in the court.... that really helps... try to establish contact with your wife first. .... take her into confidence...

As u stated that you marriage was registered and thereafter informed your father-in-law family about your marriage.
Nothing to worry as you stated that u filed a case u/s 9 of H.M Act at Family Court and the same will protect you from any criminal case and take good care of your marriage certificate that will help you in all cases.
Further you can file a writ petition under article 226 before the Hon'ble High Court for recovery of your wife and this case will change the game and turn all the situation in your favor.
