Marriage done 3 months ago, certificate yet not received. What to do?

I have done court marriage in front of the registrar. Witnesses were changed thrice due to some problems. Officials told me that I will get the certificate in 2-3 days, but havent received yet. How can I get my certificate at the earliest.
