Maintanance from my father for my Cancer patient mother

I am 30 years daughter my mother taken care for me and i am working right now now 2015 my mom treated ca cervix and same year we file case for mother monthly Maintanance which my father not ready to give us he is in Uttar pradesh and we r in gujarat we have file case in vadodara now From family court order pass for pay to my mother monthly 6000 but still my father not ready to give and making new new drama that he is not well
Of your father is not giving money of maintenance then you should immediately contact your lawyer and file an application for recovery of your due money in the same court. Court will definitely help you.

Hello, first of all don't worry we have solutions of all problems, you can ask your local lawyer to ask the family court judge to issues non bailable warrant against your father but for that first inquire whether noticeissued by court has been served to him? Did he accepted that? If yes then y he is not remaining present and if no show his conduct to the family court judge
