Living with my girlfriend for 3 year now I want to marry someone else

I have been in a relationship for 3 years and lived with my gf and one other female friend for almost 10 months. Will this be called as livin relationship? Also if i now plan to marry someone else, can i be under any legal commitment to my gf and can she file case against me?
