legal standing of sister if other sister has possession of property

post death of mother two sisters are left with house, property, , one sister is living in the house, as she was taking care till death, now mother has died, and has left a will with equal division of the property, but possession is with one sister, what are legal standing of second sister. thnx
Legal position depends upon the existence F the act and nature of the property! Daughter if wants to claim the property can file a partition suit in the appropriate court of law! Please appoint a pleader or counsel to handle your matter!

you have to file a probate of the said will in the court of law so that your property can be divided equally and demand possession or partition of it as there are two sisters i think the division will be equal please consult your local lawyer for further advise
